“This hotel has a great location. Steps away (down hill) from the falls and across the street from casinos and restaurants. Good parking lot. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean but a bit dated (cushions on chairs and couches showing wear). My room has a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice. Good bed and plenty of plugs for charging. Our booking included breakfast which was great. A good menu with lots of options or you could upgrade to a buffet. Price wise good value when you consider location, parking and breakfast.”

“We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls, Canada, and had a really pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Falls, with plenty of restaurants and food courts nearby, which made everything super convenient for our family. The property also has a large parking area, which is a big plus in such a busy tourist spot. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their exceptional service. They were incredibly prompt with any requests we had and showed such genuine warmth and care—it really made our stay feel comfortable and memorable. Also, a big appreciation to the housekeeping administrator for personally ensuring all our needs were taken care of. The front desk staff were equally wonderful—friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. They made sure we got a great room that worked perfectly for our family. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and we’d definitely consider coming back again.”
“This is one of the highest level of mid grade hotels that I've stayed at in a long time. When I tell you that the hotel offers great amenities I'm not joking! Great rooms, restaurant, bare, pool,hot tun and sauna. Now the only thing that could make it better would net adding an microwave and a larger television.”
